Welcome to Bum Bum Bar Co. — Where every appointment is crafted personally for you. Hi, my name is Emily. ES on my chest ‘cause I’m that licensed ESthetician slinging wax strips for 4+ years. I love full body waxing but after seeing so many clients struggle with ingrown hairs and hyperpigmentation, I knew I wanted to do more! Because healthy skin deserves just as much attention as hair removal. So, I left my corporate salon job and opened a private studio, I went back to class and hit the books and getting that education to add advanced skin treatments to help you get smooth and glowing year- round. (Skin treatments will be available soon!) No rushing you in and out. No awkward vibes. Just real conversations, personalized treatments, and RESULTS you’ve been looking for. Whether you're getting your very first Brazilian or you're a seasoned waxer, my goal is have you leaving here feeling smooth and confident. CANCELLATION POLICY
⏰ CANCELLATION POLICY We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules and allow a 10-minute grace period. 💳 RETAINER FEE • A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to book. • In emergencies, it may be transferred one time at our discretion. • Menstruation is not considered an emergency. Please wear a tampon or menstrual cup if needed. ❌ LATE CANCELLATIONS, NO-SHOWS & LATE ARRIVALS • Cancellations, reschedules, no-shows, or arrivals 10+ minutes late will forfeit the retainer. • A new retainer is required to book another appointment. • If you’re late but we can still see you, you’ll be charged for your full scheduled appointment, even if all services cannot be completed. 📅 BOOKING CONFIRMATION Booking an appointment means you agree to these policies. Repeated policy violations may result in refusal of future bookings.
